How to Apply for a Balochistan e-Domicile: A Comprehensive 2026 URDU Guide

A detailed overview of the Government of Balochistan's latest digital initiative to improve public services and governance.


بلوچستان کے شہریوں کے لیے ایک اہم پیش رفت سامنے آئی ہے۔ حکومتِ بلوچستان نے باضابطہ نوٹیفکیشن جاری کرتے ہوئے صوبے میں پہلی مرتبہ ای-ڈومیسائل (E-Domicile) اور ای-لوکل سرٹیفکیٹ (E-Local Certificate) سسٹم متعارف کرانے کا اعلان کیا ہے۔
اس نئے نظام کو NADRA کے تیار کردہ Integrated Domicile Management System (IDMS) کے ذریعے نافذ کیا جائے گا، جبکہ اس پر عمل درآمد حکومتِ بلوچستان کے محکمہ داخلہ کی نگرانی میں کیا جائے گا۔
اس اقدام سے عوام کو کیا فائدہ ہوگا؟
✅ ڈومیسائل اور لوکل سرٹیفکیٹ کے حصول کا عمل زیادہ آسان، تیز اور شفاف ہوگا۔
✅ کاغذی کارروائی اور غیر ضروری دفاتر کے چکر کم ہوں گے۔
✅ ریکارڈ محفوظ اور ڈیجیٹل شکل میں دستیاب ہوگا۔
✅ جعلسازی اور غلط اندراجات کے امکانات میں نمایاں کمی آئے گی۔
✅ مستقبل میں سرکاری خدمات کو مزید آن لائن بنانے میں مدد ملے گی۔
نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق
حکومتِ بلوچستان نے واضح کیا ہے کہ یہ نظام فوری طور پر نافذ العمل ہوگا اور تمام متعلقہ محکمے، ضلعی انتظامیہ اور NADRA باہمی تعاون سے اس کے مؤثر نفاذ کو یقینی بنائیں گے۔
یہ اقدام بلوچستان میں ڈیجیٹل گورننس کی جانب ایک اہم سنگِ میل سمجھا جا رہا ہے، جس سے شہریوں کو جدید، محفوظ اور مؤثر سرکاری خدمات فراہم کرنے کی راہ ہموار ہوگی۔
